1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at mdg99. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is a serious violation of these Terms. mdg99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any related balances or wins.

• A single phone number can only be used for one mdg99 account.
• A single IC number or passport can only be linked to one account.
• A single bank account or e-wallet can only be registered to one mdg99 account.
• Using a VPN to conceal identity for the purpose of registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification

8Prohibited Conduct

Mdg99 maintains a clean, fair, and safe gaming environment for all members. Any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform or the safety of other members is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, hacking tools, or any technology that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, system vulnerabilities, or technical errors on the platform for personal gain.
• Money laundering through the mdg99 platform or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games to manipulate game outcomes.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Closure by mdg99

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Self-exclusion requests on responsible gaming grounds.

Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting MDG99 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal policy once all conditions have been met.

10Liability Limits
